Various stages of the project are carefully charted; these include engineering hours, materials and milestones. Our planning engineers chart, track and evaluate the project, while generating important schedules for our senior management. At hand, if necessary, is also a recovery plan.

Our expertise spans the entire supply chain, from sourcing, purchasing and transportation logistics to inventory control, inspection and quality assurance. The right estimation and determination of critical equipment and supplies in line with the project requirements is of essence in procurement. This as well as various activities involving tender floating, vendor evaluation and order placement on the selected supplier by us and/ or by clients based on our techno- commercial recommendations is effectively taken care of by our dedicated procurement cell.

We utilize competitive bidding and negotiate long-term agreements to obtain competitive prices for materials and services. We do our homework, extensively researching markets and suppliers, to ensure that we prepare accurate estimates, select the best products and obtain the best prices and timely deliveries.

We assume responsibility for inspection and expediting of critical equipment at vendor's workplaces at various stages, until dispatch to project site.

We provide value added construction and other on-site services to our clients. Our broad range of field services include site survey, soil study including testing and reports, planning and scheduling of all site activities like civil works, erection, installation, testing and commissioning.

We have teams that commission the plants and ensure that project completion is achieved by meeting the predefined parameters. We can also provide test runs and train personnel for plant operations. We take special care to ensure that all safety and environmental norms are adhered to at site during construction & commissioning activities.
